A Webkinz World account can be reset within 30 days of creation, however all progress made on that account will be lost. This means that all pets, KinzCash, rooms, items and eStore items will be lost and will not be retrievable on another Webkinz World account. Feature Codes used on the account will not be reset and will remain used. Any items acquired through feature code redemption will be lost.
