appletv is like an iPad which use your tv as a screen
it rely on apps which apple do not make but the content providers make
if you cant watch comcast xfinity using your appletv then its because comcast did not make an app
if you feel this is something the sales personal who sold you the appletv box should had researched and informed you was the case you can use apples feedback channel
